Top notch experience. I'm on the board of a building in NYC and in the replacement of old fire doors, we needed the outside lock adjusted to the new width. I searched locksmiths nearby only to find two of the three were closed when I walked to them. Paragon was open and the on-site locksmith cleaned and reset my cylinder for the new door depth in under an hour. I then arranged a locksmith technician from Paragon to come and do installation. Arrived early, had the necessary parts, and the job was completed in around 20 minutes. Highest recommendation
