Electric Sewer & Drain Services- ES&DS

I had a fantastic experience with ES & DS from start to finish. Amanda, who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment, was incredibly friendly—such a refreshing change from the typical “Plumber. What do you want?” New York style response. She provided excellent follow-up and managed to schedule me in under an hour for same-day service.Carlos and Justin, the plumbers, were equally impressive. They were both professional and friendly, quickly resolving the clog in my bathroom sink. They took great care with the surrounding cabinetry and left the area spotless when the job was done.The price was very reasonable for New York City, on top of an already excellent experience. Efficient, professional, courteous, and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

ES & DS did a replacement of the disposal in my apartment. They scheduled quickly, were on time, and they did a great job. The installation was perfect, they left the kitchen spotless, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

I have used ES&DS twice for different issues and both times they showed up quickly, resolved my clogged drains efficiently, charged me fairly and were very friendly. I would highly recommend!

They are my go to when I have a clogged drain or perform drain maintenance. The staff are very nice people and my technician Steve who services my area is great. No clog is too big, Steve has unclogged the most stubborn drains that were the result of people throwing wipes and grease down the drain!!

George is one of the best plumbers that I have ever met in my life.He needs to be rewarded for his customer care and professionalism!!! He arrived at our apartment late at night after sewage was overflowing from our toilet and bathtub. George assessed for about 2 seconds and knew exactly what needed to be done to solve our problem.He ran up 5 flights of stairs twice, just to alert our neighbors of what was needed from them, so he can successfully complete his job. He also helped my wife and I to remain calm, and kept reassuring us that he would do everything he can to fix this. Thankfully George was able to clear the blockage and gave us amazing advice on maintenance and care in the future. We felt like he was part of our family!!!We are grateful for his attentive customer care and professional skill while solving our plumbing issues. These 5 stars are NOT enough to thank you for your time and commitment.
