My spouse and I were looking into bathroom fixtures and accessories for our upcoming renovation. Tierra was the first person to assist me (I'm the low key personal Interior Designer for our home project.. lol). The level of pleasantry, professionalism and knowledge of product was superb! Tierra exemplied the epitome of real customer service. She's kind, patient and answered every question with ease and simplicity for the average person to understand. I (we) couldn't be more pleased with the customer service at the Flatiron location and of course Kohler products.Thank you Tierra for helping me for all 5 visits LOL! I'm sure I'll see you again

Tierra and Shiv were the best! Within my construction project, so much went wrong and they both shared so much patience and flexibility with me. I had to move shipping dates constantly or have things shipped the next day and they were always willing to help. Tierra & Shiv, thank you for making my project and life easier!

I recently visited the Kohler showroom in Manhattan with my boyfriend, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. We were treated with a level of rudeness and dismissiveness that left us both extremely disappointed.As potential customers looking to explore options for a renovation project, we expected a welcoming and professional environment. Instead, the staff seemed uninterested in assisting us and made us feel as though our presence was an inconvenience.Customer service is a critical part of any brand experience, especially for a company with Kohler’s reputation. Sadly, this particular location did not meet those standards. I hope management takes note and addresses these issues to ensure others have a better experience in the future.

I worked with Jico at the Kohler store, who spent a lot of time explaining all the different options and parts. He communicated promptly and well and I couldn’t have made all my bathroom faucet, fixture, and tub choices without his help. I appreciated getting to see the shower in action in their showroom to get a sense of the water pressure. I went with the Purist line in brushed brass and the Underscore soaking tub, which fit the tight 60 x 30 space but gives me a few extra inches of depth over my last tub. Very happy with the products, service, and delivery. Much recommended

Opposite of "experience." Visit here if you want to see a bunch of people huddled over their laptops. Skip if you actually want to learn about products. I waited to ask two different people about tubs and faucets and was both times given a direct answer, "Oh, this one is more expensive," before the person immediately left to go back to their laptop. I realize you cannot fault a brand for a single bad visit but I just had not felt such a chill in visiting a store in a long time. Kohler is dead to me.
