Oh my! I had so abused my Prada bag. Taking it with me everywhere and it really showed the wear. It had a small hole on the bottom and the bags color was faded and worn. I entrusted Cobbler Concierge with the repair and it came back today looking as good as the day I purchased it. Best money I ever spent. I expected it to look better but WOW!! I almost cried when I took it out of the box. Thank you for your outstanding customer support team who kept me apprised of the status of the repair and got it back to me quickly and to the expert leather craftsmen ( or craftwomen) who took such good care of my prized bag. I recently purchased a vintage Chanel Diana and was in search for a bag spa. After doing extensive research, I found cobbler concierge. They did exactly what I wanted and gave my vintage bag from the 90s a new life. The bag was discolored and almost brown due to its age. Cobbler concierge made her black again and she looks brand new. Last, but not least, the entire staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning in the future!

Went here on a rainy day to fix my purse since the bolt of the sling bag keep snapping. I was recommended by a friend of this place and they were very nice. The staff say I only need to add glue. It took around 15 minutes and when it’s done, they didn’t charge me anything. I was surprised with their nice gesture. Amazing service!

Sent several pieces for repair. Their work is good. Recently returned from Europe and couldn't get my LV tote, that was recently repaired with this company, through TSA. Turns out a tool was left in between the lining that THEY repaired that triggered tsa into meltdown mode. I thought i was going to have to rip the lining to remove the tool to appease tsa. Things happen but when i called Jims about what THEY did THEY treated me like it was MY problem. They were willing to cover shipping but wouldn't cover insurance tho they know the totes value. Worked it out and i repeat i had to cover insurance. They removed the tool and return the tote to me. No apologies. No kiss my ass. Nothing. Says a lot about the integrity of this company. Things happen. Mistakes happen but it's how you respond and handle a less than favorable situation that is YOUR companies that says a lot. It makes one question the integrity in the services they provide.

The interaction with your front desk staff was, unfortunately, one of the most negative customer service experiences I’ve had in quite some time. The woman at the front desk was unhelpful, condescending, and even made comments that felt uncomfortably discriminatory. I left feeling both dismissed and disrespected, which is the last thing I expect when paying for a service.Not only was her attitude problematic, but her communication skills left much to be desired. She did not thoroughly explain the repair process on my shoes, and as a result, one of my shoes was fixed in a way I didn’t want or expect. Had I been properly informed about the procedure, I would have requested a different approach—or possibly chosen not to proceed with the repair at all.I strongly recommend considering a change in your front desk staff to ensure a friendlier, more professional, and respectful environment for customers. Additionally, some retraining on effective communication could make a big difference in how your staff explains service options, which would ultimately lead to happier, more informed customers.Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend your store. However, I hope that with a few changes, future customers will have a much more positive experience.
