Total rip off. I have never been happy here but this time takes the cake. I brought my Loewe bag here for a scratch that had removed the color and asked them to clean it while they were at it. I went back to pick it up and the scratch is still there. When I questioned them he told me they "can't remove scratches". And kept emphasizing that they cleaned the whole bag. The cleaning was a secondary concern. I brought the bag in for the scratch and yet the limitations on what they could do were not clearly communicated. He offered to keep the bag and try again so I asked if they could deliver to me and the non-response was "we use a third party service" YES, AND??? Sums up their entire problem with communication and dishonesty and no- I'm not interested in their clap back response that they like to give on here because clearly customer service isn't a concern to them. The money grab is all this place cares about. You would think with so many one star reviews from disappointed customers they would realize they're the problem instead of defending themselves every time.

If you want your shoes to look like garbage send them to this leather spa. They will damage them and not even care. After calling them, the rude lady on the phone said the they are not responsible for damaging the sole and burnt them like they were put in the oven. The sole turned yellow bc of the solution they use to clean, but lady insists screaming that i call the brand company. Never had such a bad experience ever. Not even apologies but acting gangsta on the phone and then she hung up. Meanwhile leather spa made them yellow and ruined them. Burnt yellow sole, the suede not cleaned. Terrible service and customer service.It no matter what month i decide to wear my shoes. The shoes were received with a yellow sole from your company. The day received. We are not stupid now to know how a shoe is received. Again not responsible company and rude staff. Hanging up the phone on a customer never heard before.

Leather spa, you have long been my go to for any designer shoe repairs, purse repairs, etc. I am SO DISAPPOINTED with my most recent service. I had brought my Celine luggage tote to get cleaned and the handles replaced. This bag is about 11 years old and it’s been through a lot. Yet not even a full year after getting the handles redone and this purse gets very little wear (I use it for the office but primarily work from home so I could count on 2 hands how many times I’ve used it in the last year), the handles that leather spa replaced the originals with are already peeling!!!! The photo speaks for itself. Can’t believe I spent I believe $750 for this “repair” service.UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: leather spa offered to inspect the damage and so I shipped my bag back to them and informed them that I am in the process of moving and would provide them with a new address before the bag is shipped back. Of course, nobody bothered reaching out to me when the work was completed, and I found out once the label was already created that my bag has been shipped to my former address where I no longer live and to the wrong recipient. Now my bag is lost.

Measure you like a pro and then ship it anywhere in the United States.They make shopping for things like boots a breeze because you find a style you like and take them to the leather spa and they will create them into bespoke treasures you’ll love forever. They handle everything leather and prices are very reasonable. Even the experience of going there makes you feel like a million bucks. I felt like I went back to 1940, with the extra clothes and dressing rooms to use to try on, multiple artisans working in concert, and a lovely store next to him MoMA, with scenes of French restaurants outside the storefront window. What could be better?
