Believe the bad reviews. The company sent a tech named Russell and the second he walked in, he started complaining. He told me that there is not enough room to work! Granted, I live in a small apartment in NYC but I've never heard that excuse from a contractor. There is plenty of room for the refrigerator to be pulled out and the tech can go behind it and fix it if that's where he needs to be. His next excuse was that the floor is not even!!! I live in a prewar building, of course the floor is not level but its not something that can be felt by even walking on it barefoot. How does that affect your work to fix the freezer that is leaking inside? I was perplexed why is he coming up these preposterous excuses and I found out later. This was his tactic to deny the 3-month warranty that they offer. I heard him making a weird noise and I came to the kitchen to see what is it and Russell the "professional" was yanking on the freezer door with all his might to open it! There is a very visible latch, right in front of his eyes that needed to be opened so the door can be opened. Instead of unlatching, he had started pulling it over and over again and he ripped the rubber seal of the freezer door, exactly where he was yanking. He fixed the freezer and kept saying that he is late and he has to run to his next appointment. I felt very uncomfortable to bring up anything and he left. I took the photo of the broken seal and sent it to Sal the owner and to Russell. Sal said, after speaking with Russell, since there were not enough room and the floor was uneven, we're not responsible for this damage!

Russell was extremely helpful. He diagnosed the issue and was able to repair my refrigerator. He is very courteous. Also honest and thorough in his explanation about the process. I am very grateful.Really excellent service.

Big thank you to Russell, who quickly diagnosed the issue with my Viking Professional range’s oven, told me they had the part in stock and returned 2 days later and fixed the issue! I was so impressed with his knowledge of the stove as well as the excellent customer service both he and Sal provided! Would highly recommend toall!

Danny came to diagnose our dryer but had already brought the parts that he suspected were broken and fixed everything in a short amount of time. Even though it wasn’t easy to get behind the machine, he went above and beyond to get it working and was really nice and professional. Excellent service, high recommend.

Russell came into the house with blue booties! You don’t get more professional than that. We got the appointment relatively quick. He was polite and respectful. Russell was able to diagnose and change the igniter to our Bosch range in under 30 minutes. While it was still pricey, it sure beats having to replace the range. The
