High quality computer repair service! I brought my Acer Predator ultra-wide curved gaming monitor in for a repair to fix a broken power socket that had physically broken off the motherboard. When I called into the shop, I was always able to talk to a human within a few rings. Throughout the entire process of the quote, drop off, repair, and pickup, they were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and professional—they even helped with getting the awkwardly large curved monitor in and out of Uber for me, which was above and beyond the call of duty. I will be going back with any future computer repairs and recommending them to my friends.

Great experience with Frank. I inherited a vintage Magnavox cabinet record player that required repair/restoration. I called ahead and was given a fair pricing estimate. I dropped it off at 10a and was able to pick up same day at 4p! There was also kindly assistance with carrying to/from car and store as well! Miraculous turnaround, and record player sounds amazing!

So I dropped my Lasonic TRC 975 boombox off to this people after spending my hard money buying it off someone to get repaired.When I purchased it off of a private seller one tape deck wasn’t working so I drove 2 1/2 hours from Albany NY to these people to get it repaired they took several weeks or should I say several months to fix the tape deck.I called the store quite often even sent emails and was getting the runaround.They finally contacted me back and told me my unit was ready. When it was time for me to come pick the unit up. I called and they claim they don’t see the unit in the store or have any info of it on file.They are complete thieves! Instead of making this situation right they are forcing me to take the court to sue them. They said they don’t care about making it right!Do not take your items here for repairs they are scams, they were sell your stuff right underneath you!I paid $1200 for my radio and they were charging me $450 to repair one tape deck!Sadly , I did not get a chance to even enjoy the radio because they sold it without my proper notice!Run far away from this place! I’ll keep you guys updated on the legal battle!

Awesome service!! I had called a few different camera stores after someone dropped my Canon G7X and most said that they didn’t work on these types of cameras, but one directed me to this place. Hi-Tech was very transparent about the process and fixed it in 2 days, and threw in a free case for me when I picked it up. Would highly recommend for anyone needing digital camera repair!
