Marley and Felix were fantastic. Marley came and quickly diagnosed my issue, and he came early on our scheduled window and fixed my freezer quickly and well. They were very nice and professional. I give the technicians Marley and Felix 5 stars but Mr. Appliance only 4 because it was extremely expensive and our first scheduled appointment, they didn’t show and only emailed me about rescheduling at the end of our appointment window, after I had rearranged my whole day, and the schedulers were very unapologetic and rude about the inconvenience. I hope the technicians are being paid generously.

The problem was successfully diagnosed and the serviceman returned a week later with the part, which was quickly installed.(As with all service companies) I hope the day will come when we can reserve morning or afternoon several days ahead, even if the exact time is further clarified the night before. This would be so helpful for my work commitments :).
