TRS is the best thing that ever happened to me. My pension and investments are well organized. My account is easily accessible and responsive to my requests. Thank you, TRS.

This was a good company. John was nice. I enjoyed and I felt a-little safe. I’m just given recognition. However, something was a-little off that I noticed. Overall good company.

My mom passed away 2 months ago. I called and received a call back promptly. I wasn’t even sure if I had benefits available. Unfortunately that was where the positivity stopped! I spoke to someone on a line that was difficult to hear so I mistakenly thought the person I spoke to was female, I guess this caused the gentleman to be insulted because he was extremely rude! He kept cutting me off . He was also very sarcastic and spoke to me like I had no sense. When he finally told me what documentation was required, I sent it in. I had to call again because I found out it was applied to my account which has been inactive for 17 years instead of my mother’s account!!!!Then I receive a call from the same person who claimed he was returning a call I did not make, who proceeded to tell me that I needed more documentation (he forget the first time?) this person has no business working with people. Especially those who have just lost a loved one. If TRS has any accountability they will respond to this so that I can tell them who I have been speaking to. I’m not going to put the name on here because I do actually have some sensitivity.

It takes so long for the staff at trs to actually review a hardship withdrawal. 30-60 days for review. Are they that short staffed that they can't review the withdrawal documents in a few days? 30-60 days is absolutely ridiculous for people that need THEIR money and are in financial distress.

The service I received today was quick and easy. The representative listened and was very helpful.
