The large conscientious staff is compassionate and experienced in dealing with a variety of disabilities. They are courteous and responsive to individual requests for special needs. There is on-site physical and speech therapy and entertainment to stimulate residents. An expert medical staff is also available for immediate care. Food is well prepared an matched for healthy diets. For an environment that is positive, safe and secure the place is Chapin.

My mother has been in Chapin since early 2020. I chose Chapin because of the good reviews. Our experience has been nothing but extraordinarily pleasant. The staff is kind from the security to the clinical treatment teams. They follow a patient oriented approach by doing their best to make sure my mother is comfortable and feels safe even when she becomes resistant to rules, structures, and policies. They have always appeared to put their patients and family concerns first, and this is why I am overwhelmingly thankful and pleased to leave a 5 star review without ever being asked to.
