NYC Party Bus Pros

I want to personally thank Vito (owner) and Wendell (our driver, the best!) for an amazing experience. I rented a party bus for transportation for my daughter's birthday party. I submitted an inquiry and worked with Vito directly from start to finish. When I initially booked, I reserved a larger bus but once RSVP's came in, I realized not as many people needed transportation as I thought. I discussed this with Vito and I was able to downsize without any issue. The day of our drive Wendell was prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our ride was smooth. He was such a nice person to work with and he made our guest feel well cared for. Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about the NYC Party Bus Pros Team and I will use them again in the future.

I used the NYC Party Bus Pros for my surprise engagement party. I worked with Vito during the booking process. He was professional and always answered my emails, texts or calls in a timely manner. My driver Rob was on time and courteous. We loved the bus. It was in great condition. I highly recommend this company.

Trip started off a bit upsetting by not getting the bus I paid for. Instead of the 20 passenger, I was sent a sprinter. However, great business communication from Brian, helped me understand why i was sent a smaller passenger vehicle. Brian also offered me a refund the next business day on the behalf of the company’s mistake. Brian was great. Our driver Greg was a fantastic driver man….very easy to get in touch with between destinations, super personable and easy to talk to. Greg made drop off and pick up so simple and easy. Never even had to walk to get to him. Very punctual as well. Greg and Brian are the two reasons why I will be booking with the company again. I will definitely recommend that Greg is my driver next time for sure, and for anyone else booking to request Greg as well. By the way, Greg drove from NYC to Philly to pick up my group of 10, thennn drove back to NYC, then jersey then Philly again. Greg was superb.

Ricky was so friendly, funny, and professional! He arrived early… the bus was spotless and pristine inside ! He made sure we had everything we needed and provided above and beyond excellent customer service !! Definitely recommend ! Will absolutely book this company again and ask for Ricky specifically !
