Bay Diagnostic Service & Repair for Audi, BMW, Land Rover, Mercedes, Mini, Porsche, & Volkswagen in Brooklyn

I was in search of a mechanic that specializes in Smart cars. I came across Bay Diagnostics in Brooklyn! It’s an a very convenient location, also has the MTA nearby in case. I use my smart car for work as I travel around the NYC boroughs. The service was fantastic! Nice and clean waiting area. Mike at the front desk was welcoming & did a great job in explaining what I needed done. They were also accommodating when it came time to pick up my car, I appreciated that. I no longer have to worry about my smart car anymore, I’ve found the right place!

Mike is the G.O.A.TNo other other way to explain it he took care of me and my Porsche. The price was great and he gave me a free diagnosis. I had a problem no mechanic can fix and he fix it within a day. I’m super grateful!

My first visit was exceptional. Mike and Nick were not only incredibly helpful and kind but also patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I was looking for a mechanic that specializes in smart cars because they are very hard to find and lo and behold I came across bay diagnostics I gave them a call and I spoke to Jordan. We spoke briefly regarding the smart car, and he explained everything to me was very knowledgeable on a make up this car. I explained to him what my troubles are, and he told me to bring it in very professional, very knowledgeable, he explained to me what start with a tuneup and that’s what he did. I was very happy with the service. I also have a 2021 Chevy Tahoe. I’ve been going to the same mechanic with all my cars for about 20 years but I’m about to bring in my Chevy Tahoe truck for them to change the oil because I just love the professionalism friendliness And overall quality of service I should add the Smart Cars have issues with the tires or should I say tire sensors when I brought it to him they were on and they took care of that as well. I found my mechanic I would highly recommend anyone to check them out. Thanks again guys see you soon.
