No lo recomiendo, casi no me dejaron hablar para la contizacion, me dieron un precio y después me dieron otro más alto… y dañaron piezas de mis cosas… Yam yes quejan de la propina que no es obligatoria.

Do not use this company under any circumstances no matter what. We hired them to move and store all of our belongings in late 2020. They assured us the items in their storage were secure and safe and completely organized and separate from l other people’s things. When they delivered our belongings back to us in 2022, not only were many of the items completely destroyed by rat poop and pee, but 1/3 of our belongings were missing entirely. This included very beloved and expensive wardrobe items, marble coffee table, linen couch, etc. The company was extremely unhelpful and unwilling to do anything to help. They insisted that our missing belongings were not in their facility. 2 years later in 2024, my husband got a message from a stranger on LinkedIn saying Imperial Movers had just delivered their own stuff to them out of storage and they received a few wardrobe boxes of clothes that weren’t theirs, but they saw my husband’s name thanks to a dry cleaning receipt. So - our missing items HAD been in their storage facility all along, despite their claims they “searched the entire place” and they weren’t there. Sadly, this Good Samaritan who reached out to my husband only had a few of our things, so there are still many more items we are missing that were delivered to other clients who had no way of finding us, or perhaps they’re STILL in Imperial’s possession in their storage facility. In summary, we basically lost all of our belongings because of Imperial - either due to the rat pee and poop or because they lost our items entirely or because in other cases they broke our items (for example, they busted our iron bed frame as well as spindles). It was such a traumatizing experience I could never even bring myself to relive the experience by writing out the review until now, but truly I implore you to NOT USE this company. You will regret it. No matter how low they quote you (which they will end up increasing anyway on the day of), DO NOT use them.

Customer Rep was great and so were the reviews so I was feeling really good about the move.Day of went all wrong. There was no communication between us and the movers, we had a window of time when they would arrive but would have been nice to have received a call/text to know when they were actually on the way.The movers got there and at first I was impressed, it took around an hour and a half to get all of our stuff loaded. It's when we got to our new apt when things went south. Before they began to unload they asked me to pay first. I had no problem with that until they showed me the amount. I was quoted $490 for 3 hours and I was anticipating for a little more. They tried to charge me $2180, for 9 hours! We went back and forth on how this was totally unreasonable and I told them I would complain. I felt stuck because the offices were closed and again no contact otherwise. When he finally agreed to charge for the original quote he would only do so if we unloaded ourselves. So we did.I hired movers so we wouldn't have to do any of the moving and we ended up doing so anyways. The movers were also very unpleasant once they realized we couldn't be scammed into paying that cost.I wrote a formal complaint but it doesn't seem as they are taking it very seriously.If you choose to use this company, make sure you have a contact outside of the movers day of.

“Doctor” and his team are incredible! I’m addition to boxes, furniture, etc., we had large heavy machines to move. No problem and no complaints. They just took everything and were very pleasant to work with!

Extremely happy with the service we received! Doctor and his team from Imperial Movers were able to package and load up our belongings from a large two bedroom apartment very quickly and smoothly. Even with a difficult parking situation outside they managed to promptly complete the move. If you are in the NYC area check them out, we are glad we went with this company.
