I was so happy when I find out Revel open another charging location, unfortunately the system is annoying, they should have an app to make charging easy, today I switch to 3 different chargers and not even one allow me to charge it was showing an error.

The parking lot attendant didn’t know that Revel has an agreement with lot owners. That the first hour of charge has no parking fees. He said I would have to pay $40 to charge. Free parking only for TLC drivers. Attendants are all sorts of confused and need better training. I arrived at 10pm. I’ve charged at least twice without any issues.

Revel sucks because they take 50 dollars on top of what you pay to charge and waits days (72 hours) to send the 50.00 back. It's not convenient and just shows the kind of people they want using their stations. With no customer service number. Jus a email address and txt number so no one can help you

The entrance is on Montgomery Street. There’s a lot of construction in the area, but once you find it, you’re good. I went around 9 PM, and it was completely empty—super convenient and fast! you’re welcome

Entrance at intersection with Montgomery. Charged Ioniq 5 without issue, very fast. Plenty of free chargers no wait!
