Terrible experience trying to arrange a pickup from JFK. I booked online 5 days before the flight, and provided our flight info and my contact number. Our flight arrived on time, and we had no checked baggage to pickup. After landing and confirming we were ready, we waited 45 minutes outside. I called the dispatcher several times, and was promised that 3 different cars would pick us up, only to be told after I called back again that nobody was available and there was nothing they could do. I understand that picking up at JFK is difficult, but we saw many other car services successfully picking up passengers. I would never use this company again.

Booked a Luxury ride to the airport. They sent me a six year old Ford Taurus that was Gray, not black, all dented up, dirty filthy. I immediately called the service and asked for a partial refund and they tried to tell me that the car I got is part of their luxury service. What a joke. No partial refund issued. Don’t waste your time or money. This service used to be good. No longer. Use an alternate carrier IMO.

Let me start by saying I have been a dial 7 customer since I moved to the city 9 years ago, so I have been a loyal customer up until now. I landed after my flight and got the email and text confirmation as usual to click ready when you’re ready for pick up, I did. Notice said I would get my car info in a minute or two like usual. 10 mins later I got no email so I called. Dispatch had a problem and my driver was still 30 mins away. After waiting 40 mins the car finally comes. As the driver was driving through the city he started fiddling with his phone causing him to swerve and people to beep, creating unsafe conditions to the point i had to ask him to stop his phone and please pay attention to the road and wait til we are parked. We are parked I already prepaid so I should be set to leave and run to work just being late, wrong. The driver forces me to stay In his car bc his app with the company isn’t working to put his tip in (which is what he was fiddling with making unsafe conditions) He’s trying to call his company and not letting me leave while I’m literally begging him to let me leave (which is already a scary thing to deal with as a woman traveling alone) and I keep telling him I’ll call the company after I make it to work. I finally get out of the car and call dial 7 requesting a refund or something because they were egregiously late and put me through unsafe conditions and I unfortunately had the displeasure of speaking with the Manager Susan who instead of apologizing after hearing the above decides to lecture me about dial 7’s policy regarding credit cards - I don’t care about that. I’m calling about the fact you are a car service with my flight info meant to pick me up on time to make my life feel safe and easy. Instead I was forced to wait with no information, and put through unsafe conditions, while the manager refused to acknowledge what happened and refused to listen to me. I don’t know who hurt Susan to make her speak to people the way she did at a customer support facing job, but for the sake of your safety and sanity USE UBER OR LYFT and pray you don’t have to talk to Manager Susan about anything because she will refuse to help and give you nothing but an extra headache. The car ride is recorded I kept telling her to literally listen to the tapes, you can hear everything I say is accurate. I understand the competition is high with services like Lyft and Uber, but Dial 7 is never going to be able to compete with them if this is how management treats their loyal customers. Will never waste my time with Dial 7 again. Be warned there are so many other car options out there!
