I scheduled a first time appointment with PA Susanna Franks. Prior to the appointment, I confirmed with the office that they would be able to do the procedure I needed and also verified they accepted my insurance. At the appointment, I was informed by Susanna she does not do that type of procedure, and I was misinformed by the front desk. My appointment lasted about 5-10 minutes. Three weeks later, I received an unexpected $300 bill in the mail for an out patient first time visit. Luckily my insurance negotiated it down to $145 that I owe, but this amount due was still much higher than the anticipated co-pay I expected after being told my insurance was accepted. I did not even receive a service I needed, and was charged as an out of network patient. I do not recommend this practice.

I have worked with Suzanne several times, and I find her very easy to talk with. She’s knowledgeable and compassionate. I live in Vermont, but I plan on keeping her as my dermatologist. She always gets back to me promptly when I have questions I forgot to ask and I communicate with her through their portal! Thank you Suzanne.

I’ve been going to Doctor Park for 4 years. I have spent lots of time and money at this place. I have seen her through different stages of her life and for the first year, I had appointments here once a month. This last year, I was struggling with chronic depression and did not make 3 of my appointments. I called After this, I was told that I was basically kicked out of the place and could never come back for an appointment. They gave me a “courtesy” appointment instead as a last visit.I have never felt so disrespected and mistreated by an office. I have been coming here for 4 years happily, only to experience a bout of deep chronic depression and insomnia which led me to forgetting my morning appointments. I proved this with psychiatry and psychology notes.Do not come here. I love Doctor Park but her office has become incredibly rude. It is very sad.

Susanna is the BEST!! She always answers my crazy questions and offers thoughts on things I'd like to potentially try. She's so patient and so kind!

I’ve been going to Dr Jaber for 7 years now and what I love is his honest guidance on what options I have and what he recommends as the right treatment. He creates a safe and compassionate environment and always listens to my concerns while working on a treatment plan.
